We are seeking an HR Professional with at least 4 years of increasingly responsible HR experience, to include at least 3 years with direct client support responsibility. The Human Resource Manager will thrive in a culture that is collaborative, customer centric and team oriented. This role will report to the Director, Human Resources supporting the Sales function and Transformation actives across Window Nation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR partnership through the delivery of core HR programs and processes. Partner with sales managers, assistant sales managers and exterior design consultants (in home sales) in coaching, talent management, onboarding, and performance management. Effectively facilitates all facets of the HR model across all of our locations, branches and regions and provides insight to support and inform business strategies.

Core Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to managers in the areas of compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, effective record-keeping and general HR related issues.
  • Deliver corporate HR initiatives and programs effectively throughout the area.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees.
  • Support employee development by assisting managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and encouragement of employee to continuously develop their skills in their field of work.
  • Drive employee retention, positive employee relations, engagement and satisfaction while balancing employee concerns with all levels of company goals.
  • Timely investigation to resolution of employee relation concerns.
  • Support recognition, DE&I and ESG programs.
  • Role requires at least 10% US travel

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in HR or business-related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources, Talent Management or Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years client support roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Sales functions.
  • Experience in understanding Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Experience supporting transformation projects across an organization.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement.
  • Ability to understand the business priorities and the competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships with different levels of employees and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deliver presentations.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
